We have heavily invested in customer focussed dashboard software QLIK SENSE to provide all our customers an up-to-date, real time view of stock in storage, work in progress and despatch including all important yield information.

Stock control and order processing

HALO is capable of receiving EDI orders saving our customers time and resource.

All stock is fully traceable and we ensure all clients have real time control and access to their stock. HALO is able to host and accommodate personnel from our customers on site through fully equipped hot desks.

Packing

HALO has multi-format packing capability delivered on brand new automated packing lines:

• Heat sealed punnets & trays
• Flow wrap
• Giro net
• Clip net

RH&D, Storage and Cross Dock

With 8,000 pallet locations capable of offering 7 separate temperature regimes,  we offer a fast, agile and fully competent service.

Our multi capable temperature controlled 112,000 sq. ft. facility ensures produce is kept at the optimum temperature, guaranteeing quality and integrity of product.

Ripening

HALO, as part of the SH Pratt Group, has 60 years experience of ripening fruit.  We have modern ripening chambers controlling the process at every stage, resulting in a perfectly ripe product every time.

Distribution

HALO is part of the SH Pratt Group which also operate KINSHIP, who are produce specialist logistics providers. Through our vertically integrated model, we are able to offer the fastest and most cost effective route to market for produce imported through London Gateway Port.
